Farmer Fred decided one day to plant a pumpkin patch so kids would have pumpkins to make Jack-o-Lanterns for Halloween. Peabody pumpkin grew much, much bigger than all of the other pumpkins in Farmer Fred's patch. Ooooh, what was going to happen to poor Peabody? He was too big for kids to take home to carve him into a Jack-o-Lantern. Wonder if Farmer Fred would think of something special to do with him, because he was planning to host a pumpkin festival.
